About Me

Hi! My name is Tami Brook. I am so excited to be your child's second grade teacher this year. This is my first year at STEM and I couldn't be more excited to join this strong, vibrant community.

I graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with my BA in Child Psychology, and then received my Colorado Teaching License K-12 from the Metropolitan State University.

I previously worked for Littleton public schools for 11 years. I first worked as a substitute teacher when my own children were young, then I worked as a computer lab teacher for 3 years for students K-5. This is my third year teaching second grade and I feel so fortunate to be able to join this team of second grade teachers here at STEM.

I have been married to my husband Larry for twenty-seven years. We have three children, my oldest son Dylan, attends the University of Colorado, Boulder where he will be a senior this year. My son Donovan, attends the University of Kansas as a sophomore, and my youngest son Stephen, is a sophomore at Heritage High School.

I enjoy spending as much time outdoors as I can, and love running, hiking, biking, and paddle boarding.

Iā€™m really looking forward to this exciting adventure together. Please feel free to contact me at any time via email. I will respond within 48 hours, Monday through Friday.
