Hello! I am excited to be apart of STEM Highlands Ranch as a second-grade teacher this year. I graduated from Colorado State University with a B.S in Early Childhood Education / Human Development and Family Studies. I student taught at an International Baccalaureate school in Fort Collins, CO. One of my biggest accomplishments through teaching was being able to help the community as well. I previously help write a detailed grant to help fund a school garden in the community of Fort Collins. I am excited to learn more about the STEM community and how I can take apart of it. The safety and well-being of your child is my number one priority. I have so much heart and passion for this profession. When I'm not at school I enjoy being around friends and family. I love to travel, hike, yoga, and just be outside and active. I also am a huge sports fan. I love to watch and attend basketball or hockey games. I am so honored to be your child's second-grade teacher. I am looking forward to working with innovating students, encouraging growth-mindset, and supporting students' confidence in a STEM environment.
